Thank you for shopping with MamaSoul. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, size, colour, measurements, and other product details before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, missing, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the parcel.

To raise a claim, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:

  • Begin before the parcel is opened.
  • Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label.
  • Show the complete unboxing without cuts, pauses, or edits.
  • Clearly show the issue with the product.

Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

If your claim is verified and approved by MamaSoul, we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed. Please check your order details carefully before completing payment.

Colour & Product Appearance

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or differences between devices. Minor colour variations are not considered defects.

Delivery

Our estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Payment & Order Confirmation

MamaSoul currently accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

An order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and verified.
